สำหรับข้าราชการไทยที่อยากพัฒนาศักยภาพเพื่อขับเคลื่อนการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืน JICA ขอเชิญชวนข้าราชการระดับต้น – กลาง สมัครทุน “SDGs Global Leader Program” เพื่อศึกษาวิจัยระดับปริญญาโท (2 ปี) หรือปริญญาเอก (3 ปี) ประจำปีการศึกษา 2568 ที่มหาวิทยาลัยชั้นนำในญี่ปุ่น

ทำไมควรสมัคร?
– พัฒนาทักษะเพื่อแก้ปัญหาด้านนโยบาย เศรษฐกิจ สังคม และสิ่งแวดล้อม
– สร้างเครือข่ายระดับนานาชาติ และนำความรู้กลับมาพัฒนาประเทศไทย
– JICA ครอบคลุมค่าใช้จ่ายทั้งหมด: ค่าเล่าเรียน ค่าเดินทาง ค่าที่พัก และค่าใช้จ่ายรายเดือน (117,000 – 148,000 เยน)
– สำหรับภาคการศึกษา ตุลาคม 2569

คุณสมบัติ
– เป็นข้าราชการไทยที่ได้รับการเสนอชื่อจากหน่วยงานต้นสังกัดผ่านทางกรมความร่วมมือระหว่างประเทศ (TICA)
– จบปริญญาตรี (สำหรับปริญญาโท) หรือปริญญาโท (สำหรับปริญญาเอก)
– อายุ 35 ปี หรือน้อยกว่าสำหรับปริญญาโท หรือ อายุ 40 ปี หรือน้อยกว่าสำหรับปริญญาเอก นับถึงวันที่ 1 เมษายน 2569
– มีทักษะภาษาอังกฤษในระดับดีทั้งการเขียนและการพูดสื่อสาร (TOEFL iBT: 80/ IELTS: 6.5)

**Fully Funded Master’s and PhD Scholarships Opportunity: JICA Offers “SDGs Global Leader Program 2026” for Thai Government Officials**

Ready to lead sustainable development? JICA invites young and mid-level Thai government officials to apply for the “SDGs Global Leader Program 2026”. Study for a Master’s (2 years) or PhD (3 years) at top Japanese universities and become a global leader in policy making on sustainable development.

Eligibility:
